Linfox Five Star

The Linfox Five Star project represents a high-quality, future-focused cold chain logistics development, centred on a single-level warehouse designed to support a wide range of temperature-sensitive operations. The facility will feature seven temperature-controlled chambers ranging from -25 to +20 degrees Celsius, alongside one ambient chamber, and will be complemented by a double-level office, canteen, pallet storage house, and dedicated M&E facilities. Designed to international standards, the development will also comply with all applicable local fire, construction, and environmental regulations.

Located within Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi in Thailand, the development will be delivered in a single phase, with an approximate built-up area of 19,000 sqm on a 30,000 sqm site. An additional adjacent 20,000 sqm land parcel is also being considered by Linfox to support future expansion, reinforcing the project’s long-term growth potential. The facility will incorporate a main warehouse with canopied truck loading areas, seven storage chambers with an anteroom for chilled loading and unloading, one ambient storage chamber, a main office block with internal receiving and dispatch offices, truck parking, car and bike parking, plant and equipment rooms, guardhouses and staff facilities, and a pallet storage house. Further enhancing its sustainability credentials, the project will also include rainwater harvesting and infrastructure that is EV-charging capable and solar-ready.
