The project involves major upgrades and new infrastructure works, including the Packaging Line extension, Wastewater Treatment Plant extensions, Pipe Bridge, Substation Relocation, Forklift Way and civil works for the BBT Matrix Valve, supporting the expansion of the brewery’s production capacity from 1.5 million hectoliters to 2.0 million hectoliters per annum.
Meinhardt Myanmar provides integrated multidisciplinary services throughout the project lifecycle, covering Project Management, Procurement and Quantity Surveying, Architectural, Civil & Structural and MEP Engineering Design, BIM, Construction Management and Site Supervision.
Our involvement extends from design development and coordination, procurement and tender management, through construction planning, site supervision, quality and progress control, stakeholder and operational interface coordination, testing and commissioning, to final project handover.
The project is executed within a live and operational brewery environment, requiring careful planning, multidisciplinary coordination and effective management of construction activities to minimize disruption to ongoing operations while maintaining control over safety, quality, programme and project delivery.
