Gardens of Eden is a new luxury residential resort in Bang Tao, Phuket, positioned just 50 metres from Bang Tao Beach and set within a masterplan of approximately 33 acres (73 rai). Designed with nature at its core, the development prioritises lifestyle and wellness—around 70% of the site is dedicated to lush open spaces, including parks, lakes, gardens, and pathways, with only a limited portion built up to preserve a serene resort environment.
Planned as a three‑phase destination, Gardens of Eden comprises Eden Residences (Phase 1), Park Residences (Phase 2), and Lake Residences (Phase 3). Phase 1 introduces an exclusive collection of 141 private units near the beachfront, while Phase 2 expands the community with 455 residences set a short walk from the shoreline. Phase 3, Lake Residences, completes the trilogy with homes positioned around 500m from the beach, continuing the same overarching “Gardens of Eden” concept across all phases.
Meinhardt has been commissioned to carry out the Civil & Structural engineering design for Phases 1 and 2, along with master planning and site supervision, supporting delivery from concept through construction. The project’s architectural direction is led by Tierra Design, aligning premium coastal living with a landscape-first vision that sets a new benchmark for resort-style residences in Phuket.
