Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is a landmark luxury property at 155 Rajadamri Road in Bangkok’s Ratchaprasong district. The hotel combines a prime city-centre location with resort-style landscaping, refined Thai design details, and convenient access to the BTS Skytrain, retail, and commercial destinations.

The renovation covers approximately 47,677 sq.m. across nine storeys, supporting key areas including the basement MEP plant room, BOH and car parking; Level 1 lobby, ballroom, meeting rooms, retail and restaurants; Level 1M service areas and car parking; and Level 2 business centre, retail, guestrooms, villa guestrooms and swimming pool.

Guestroom accommodation is arranged from Levels 3 to 9, supported by roof-level cooling towers and lift machine room facilities. The hotel offers an extensive range of rooms and suites, award-winning dining, meeting and event spaces, spa and wellness facilities, and a swimming pool.

Meinhardt provided MEP engineering design and site supervision services to support the renovation by coordinating essential building systems for a high-end hospitality environment, balancing operational reliability, guest comfort and continuity of service within an active luxury hotel setting.
