The building’s design includes full-height glazed windows to maximise natural light. Our integration of smart home systems, automated parking, smart mail lockers, access control, and EV charging stations is customised to enhance residents’ lifestyles and embrace innovative technologies. The Extro, a 33-storey structure with a GFA of 33,446 sqm and 411 units, features a traditional mixed parking setup with automatic pallets. Meinhardt has delivered MEP and C&S engineering services for this project, encompassing the Condominium, Podium, Basement, Landscape, Hardscape, parking, and Sales Offices, ensuring structural durability and operational efficiency.
