Thanamol Distribution Center

This development project is a greenfield construction of a new distribution center of Thanamol Group Development Co., Ltd. The site is 145 rais on Paholyothin Road in Wang Noi District, Ayutthaya, subdivided by a public irrigation canal and local roads into two land parcels. The development will compose of retails, gas station, office, residential buildings, and warehouses.

The project can be divided into 3 phases as follows:

Phase 1: Gas station, retails, residential buildings, office buildings, and medium to large warehouses. The total gross floor area (GFA) of all buildings is the order of 30,000 sq.m. As a part of Phase 1 development, the site infrastructures will be planned and constructed to support the subsequent phases.
Phase 2: Medium to large warehouses with the total GFA of approximately 40,000 sq.m.
Phase 3: Medium to large warehouses with the total GFA of approximately 60,000 sq.m.
