Meinhardt provided full civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design for this 46 storey tower which incorporates both a 5-star hotel and condominium units for sale on the upper floors.
The mixed use presents transfer challenges in both structural elements and M&E services risers. The entire development is served by a central chilled water air conditioning system.
