This project is a retirement village located adjacent to the Black Mountain Golf Course at Huahin, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand. The project is to be developed in three phases over the site area of approximately 50 rai. A number of innovative design solutions delivered by Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. are incorporated into the project to cater the lifestyles of the young at heart.
