This month’s feature project is the Nestlé (Thai) Headquarters located in Central World Office building, Rajadamri Road, Bangkok. Nestlé wished the refurbishment of their existing office to reflect their new way of working.  Since Covid, hybrid work has become the norm.

The goal was to create an attractive office environment that maximized space efficiency.  Combining a modern infrastructure within a cozy, safe, sustainable, and productive working environment ensured that there was a focus on wellbeing in line with Nestlé’s workplace guidelines.

The GFA after refurbishment is approximately 8,300 m2. Meinhardt Thailand provided Civil & Structural, MEP engineering design, Project Management, and Construction Management services to this project.
