The Korakot project is a Greenfield project located on a 58.6 Rais site at Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong. The project consists of Social Block, Utility Block, RM & PM Warehouse, Wet Process area, WIP, Packaging area, FG Warehouse and WWTP with a total GFA well over 20,000 sq.m
Meinhardt provides Basic Design, Detailed Design and Project & Construction Management services for the project, including design coordination using BIM. This Korakot Greenfield factory will produce wet pet foods under the brand of Purina.
