Meinhardt carried out a detailed due diligence audit of the Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural design including construction, installation works of the Mudhdhoo Island Resort, Maldives for Dusit International, prior to their purchase of the property.  The development, comprising 100 land and above water guest rooms was about 70% complete at the time of the audit.

The audit included detailed study of the adequacy of the engineering design and visual inspections of the works on site.
