The new SoilMate Phase 2 Warehouse is located on the south (new land plot area) of the currently existing SoilMate Phase 1, Nongkare Industrial Estate, Saraburi, Thailand. The new warehouse building of approx. 5,500 will utilise an existing warehouse building’s structure and comprises the following:
- New Warehouse Building
- Hardscape and pavement
- Fence
- Site Drainage
