This project is a brand-new international grade office building with a planned GFA of 36,000 sqm, with a height of approximately 138m, 30 levels above ground with 5 basement levels for underground parking. It features green roof gardens, a public restaurant level, and a double glazed unitized façade system. This project will be one of the first projects to implement a post-tensioned slab system, which is expected to yield significant time and construction cost savings to the owner, Nirman International Ltd. The services provided are C&S, MEP, Façade, and Traffic engineering design.
