This project involved the renovation of an existing hotel (The President Palace) located on Sukhumvit Soi 11, Bangkok. The property comprises an 18 Storey Building and a total floor area of approximately 20,000 sq.m. and may be described as follows:

• There are currently 236 Guest Rooms of variable size but average approx. 40 sq.m from levels 1 to 16 (8 different room types).
• In the Ground Floor are the Public areas such as Main Lobby and Reception, Front Office, Luggage Room, Lobby and Lounge 420 Sq.m, All Day Dinning, Bar and Restaurant “Chiampon Bar”, Meeting Room, BOH and Staff Premises Area.
• Swimming Pool and Bar with Leisure Facilities in the 4th Floor.
• Level 17 shall be converted to 2 no. penthouses and a small private office. The penthouse units will be similar to big hotel suites/serviced apartments, about 150-200 sq.m. in size, and commensurate with a 3-4-star hotel. The offices will be similar in principle to hotel BOH office.
