Meinhardt provides Mechanical and Electrical engineering design services for the renovation of the 10 years old Emerald Cove Resort, located in Koh Chang, Thailand. Formerly an “Amari” resort, the property shall be rebranded as a 4-5 Star “Marriott” brand resort. The property comprises:
Three guest room blocks, each 3 stories tall, containing 165 keys (2 typical room types).
- A lobby building which includes reception, restaurants, meeting rooms and BOH (basement).
- Function room & all-day-dining block, with some guest rooms located above.
- Typical hotel amenities including 3 swimming pools, 4 spa villas, etc.
