Located at Wat Botum Park in downtown Phnom Penh, Cambodia the project involves taking over a partially constructed existing building and transforming it into a 152 key 5-Star luxury hotel. Ordinally planned as a residential building, the structure was already complete up to the 10th floor.
Meinhardt’s scope included the full MEP engineering design, plus the addition of 6 floors, reinforcement of the foundations, and retrofitting a waste water treatment system.
