The mixed use development comprising multiple zones for office, hotel, and entertainment areas. Lot G is one zone, providing Hotel and Office facilities, comprising 3 towers on nested on a parking podium; 2-Office towers and 1-Hotel tower.

The office façade lighting utilizes a vertical line concept to reflect architectural concept. Cool white color temperature metal halide lamps were selected to communicate a formal yet active feeling.

By contracts, the hotel façade lighting has dotted concept with warm white color temperature from LEDs, to provide a more relaxing and cozy tone. At roof top pool deck, color changing LEDs were used to add an element of fun to the otherwise relaxed atmosphere.

For difficult to access areas, LED’s were used, while Metal Halide and Fluorescent lamps were used in other areas, to support the ‘Green’ ambitions of the project.
