This project is a luxury housing estate consist of 2 plots with individual central M&E plant for each plot. The project consists of 14 modern contemporary villas include 4-8 bedrooms and clubhouse located in Kamala, Phuket, Thailand. The project GPA is around 7,400 m² for the upper plot and 18,200 m² for the lower plot.
