J.P. Morgan has completed its 2,800-square-meter corporate office at One City Centre, Bangkok’s tallest office building on Ploenchit Road. Spanning levels 50 and 51, the space houses 130 staff and features a Client Center, Trading Floor, Work Café, Wellness Area, and critical infrastructure such as a MER/Server Room and UPS Room.
Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the office underscores J.P. Morgan’s commitment to sustainability and modern workplace standards.
Meinhardt Thailand provided MEP engineering design, LEED Commissioning Authority (CxA) services, and site supervision, ensuring the delivery of an innovative, high-performance office environment.
