This project is IKEA’s first “Order and Pick-up Store” located on a 3 rais of land plot at Biztown, By-pass in Phuket. The project consists single story Commercial showroom, Warehouse and mezzanine office with a total build-up area of 2,400 sq.m. Meinhardt has been taped to provide Project Management and Value Engineering services.

This is a fast-track project, the store was opened to public for commercial purpose in less than four month from starting of piling work.
