This newly built development comprises office tower, retails, storage and carpark. Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. delivered MEP, Facade engineering design services, and BIM which accurately coordinate between all MEP services, Architecture and Structure.
Meinhardt also provides the LEED Certification services for the prerequisites and credits listed in the LEED Reference Guide throughout the design and construction processes.
The project plans to have LEED approved.
