Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. was commissioned by S36 Property Co., Ltd. to carry out the structural and MEPdesign of a luxury condominium project on Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok. This green-field development islocated on a land plot of 4,000 m2 on Sukhumvit Road near Soi Sukhumvit 36 and BTS Thonglor Station.The project has a planned GFA of 38,400 sq.m with 176 m rise above the ground and comprises of 48 floorswith 1 basement.
