This project comprises the development of 2 islands in the Maldives.
Development E: 4-star and 201-key resort to be developed on a 6-hectare reclaimed island, with total GFA of 19,435 m2. The resort will share some BoH facilities located on Island I, including some of the main M&E utilities and the staff accommodation. Island I and E will be linked by a bridge.
Development I: Multi-function development on a group of reclaimed islands of total area 17 hectares, and total GFA of 37,089 m2, comprising the following:
- Retail / Entertainment / Duty Free / Cultural Centre / Exhibition
- 3.5 to 4 Star Transit Hotel
- Beach Club
- Marina
- Staff Accommodation Blocks
- Staff Clubhouse
- Hotel/retail Warehouses
- Central laundry
