The project is the new Dulwich College International, Bangkok Campus which is to be built on a greenfield site (34 rai parcel of land) in Bang Na.

The current phase 1 massing caters to an enrolment of 1,020 students in 6 form entry for Early Years (age 3–6), and Junior School (7–12). For the new layout, the total estimated GFA is 31,000 sq.m which includes the following:

  • Early Years building
  • Junior School building
  • Sports Centre & Aquatic Centre
  • Village Centre
  • Basement

The external areas will consist of:

  • Internal roads and pathways
  • 1 No. full size synthetic turf sports field
  • Car parking
  • Landscaping and landscaped play/learning areas
  • Covered walkways between buildings.
