Meinhardt Thailand has been awarded a major consultancy contract for the CPGC Industrial Estate project in Rayong Province. The project spans over 3,068-1-15 rais of land (490 ha) and will be developed in three phases, including approximately 10 km of roadway.

Meinhardt Thailand will provide a comprehensive range of services, including:

  • Industrial Estate Infrastructure: Civil & Geotechnical, Structural, MEP engineering design, Project Management, and Construction Management.
  • CPGC Office Building (Phase 1): Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP engineering design, Project Management, Procurement, and Construction Management. The office building, located in Phase 1 of the commercial area, will have a total GFA of 1,997 square meters.
