The project is the renovation of the following areas at the existing Conrad Samui resort, located at Taling Ngam, Ko Samui, Surat Thani:

Honeymoon Villa.
This is a standalone 2 storey building, abandoned for years, and is therefore considered to require a completely new design for the entire building. The utility infrastructure supplying this villa may also need to be upgraded under these works – to be verified during the site survey.

Arrivals Lobby
Works include a soft renovation, including new ceiling, new lighting and some new power/data outlets. Scope for the renovation or replacement of the MVAC system will be verified during the site survey.

Zest All Day Dining.
Works include a soft renovation of the dining area only, including new ceiling, new lighting and some new power/data outlets. The kitchen is not included. Scope for the renovation or replacement of the MVAC system will be verified during the site survey.
