The Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Queens Park is an upcoming hospitality development on Sukhumvit 24, strategically located in the heart of the Phrom Phong district. The project features a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 20,000 square meters and is designed as a 37-storey tower. Positioned as a high-quality 5-star hotel with approximately 311 rooms, the property aims to serve the high demand for mid-scale accommodations near the EmSphere and Benchasiri Park.

The construction of the 41-storey structure is estimated at Baht 700 million, a budget that covers the core building works excluding furniture and equipment. Meinhardt Thailand is the lead engineering consultant for the development, providing both Civil and Structural (C&S) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design. This engineering oversight ensures that the high-rise meets modern international safety and efficiency standards while optimizing the compact urban site.
