Cloud 11 is a visionary 254,000-sqm creative hub rising on 27 rai in Bangkok’s South Sukhumvit corridor. Spearheaded by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) and designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Snøhetta in collaboration with A49 Architects, the development is set to redefine the future of creative ecosystems in Asia.
Conceived as a fully integrated destination for the creator economy, Cloud 11 comprises eight interconnected zones. These include Grade A+ “Creator Village” offices, state-of-the-art media production studios, world-class performance halls and academy facilities, a dynamic retail and dining precinct curated by the COMMONS, and two lifestyle-driven hotels designed to serve a new generation of global creators and innovators.
At its heart lies Cloud 11 Park, a 17,000-sqm elevated garden that will become Bangkok’s largest rooftop green space. More than a landscaped amenity, the park is a central social and ecological anchor — fostering creativity, biodiversity, and community engagement while seamlessly integrating nature into the urban fabric.
Scheduled to open in early 2026, Cloud 11 is poised to become Asia’s creative capital for the digital and creator economy — blending advanced digital infrastructure, flexible work environments, and sustainability-led design to create a home for passion-driven communities and cultural innovators.
