This project consists two 8-storey condominiums tower with basement. It is anticipated that the construction programme will be approximately 23 months as per breakdown follows:
- Mobilization – 1 month
- Piling Work – 2 months
- Sub-Structure – 5 months
- Super Structure & Finishes – 15 months
