Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi

This comprehensive renovation project transforms the existing Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi into the ultra-luxury Centara Reserve Krabi, the brand’s second worldwide location situated in a secluded cove at Pai Plong Bay. Spanning approximately 26,833 sq.m., the project elevates the property from a 5-star to a 6-star “Centara Reserve” standard by reconfiguring 192 guestrooms into a more spacious 128-key inventory across 10 distinct types, including signature beachfront pool villas and suites.

The redevelopment includes a complete refurbishment of all public areas to accommodate high-end amenities such as the Reserve Spa Cenvaree, a tech-free Kids Zone, and curated dining venues like Salt Society and The Terrace.

To support this rebranding, Meinhardt Thailand provided MEP engineering design, optimized to meet elite brand standards while retaining major existing infrastructure like transformers, generators, and water treatment plants, with upgrades limited to essential piping, containment, and minor equipment replacements.
