Meinhardt provided consultancy services for a new Caterpillar facility with a GFA of approximately 65,000 m2 comprising a main production plant of 58,000 m2 and an office block of 7,000 m2.

This facility located in the Rayong Industrial Land produces heavy machines for underground mining. Our services include Project & Construction Management, providing schematic designs (architectural and engineering) for the Design and Build tender, tender process and full time construction site supervision.

This project is required to comply with FM Global requirements.
