This project is a new mixed-use project development located on a land plot of13,559 sq.m. (8.47 Rais) on Rama 3 road and comprises Retail area, 5-Star hotel and Branded residence.

With frontage facing Chaopraya river, the proposed building will be a 52-storied building with 3 levels of basement whereas Level 1 to 4 will be retails and level 5 and above will be hotel and residences. It is assumed that the structural system will be concrete diaphragm wall for 3 basements, conventional RC structure up to podium, and steel structure with RC core for level above podium.
