Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) operations in Thailand had occupied 2 floors (L20 & L33) of CRC building in Bangkok with a total leasable area 17,739 sq.ft. The project was initiated as part of their plan to optimize their operations by consolidating into one location on L33 with leasable area of 12,325 sq.ft. Meinhardt provided Due Diligence, Civil & Structural (in situ vault design) and MEP Engineering Design services for the consolidated office fit out of L33 and subsequent re-instatement of the vacated L20 office space.
