Atlas Copco Chachoengsao currently own a 2-storey, 4,200 sq.m facility, on a 8,000 sq.m land plot in Wellgrow Industrial, Chachoengsao province. Atlas Copco Chachoengsao’s business has grown significantly since they first started in Thailand and the current facility is now longer fit for purpose.
Due to this expansion Atlas Copco Chachoengsao would like to demolish the existing building and construct a new office, showroom, warehouse and workshop suitable for their future business requirements.
Therefore, Meinhardt has been commissioned to provide Civil & Structural, MEP engineering design, LEED Project Admin, Energy Modelling, and Commissioning Authority to this new project which has a planned GFA of 7,000 sq.m and comprises the following:
- 3-story office
- Workshop
- Warehouse
- Showroom and Training room
The project is also LEED certified Silver.
