The project is for the extension to an existing 4-star city hotel. It is located on a land plot of 9,440 sq.m on Petchburi Road, Bangkok. The existing portion consists of a 26-story high tower (Tower A) and an 8-story high podium. Tower A and Podium have the GFA of approximate 35,000 sq.m and 64,500 sq.m, respectively. They are approximately 20 years old. The new 12-story high hotel tower (Tower B) with the GFA of approximate 15,000 sq.m is to be constructed over the existing 8-story podium.
