The development is located at a prime location of BangNa. A prime and iconic office development is to be built. Unique architectural language and expression is vital to enhance the iconic image of the development which would become the new landmark in the area.
The building should be sustainable and designed for the future. Space arrangement of office and supporting retail could be more dynamic. More outdoor spaces, greenery and sport facilities such as running track, etc could be integrated as part of the designs.
