AIA Connect is a Grade-A office building located between 2 MRT stations on Ratchada Road. The project embraces the concept of the future workplace that accommodates ever-changing adaptive
technologies, IoT, touchless access or building automation, while providing creative collaboration platform for all.

Meinhardt provided Civil & Structural, MEP, and Façade engineering design services for the project.

To further enhance our services, Meinhardt also conducted CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis to confirm heat and exhaust dissipation from cooling towers and generators, to prevent
short-circuiting of exhaust gases and to avoid pollution to building occupants and neighboring properties.

Furthermore, Performance Based Earthquake Engineering (PBEE) analysis was also performed to reduce concrete and steel quantities, resulting in a up to 50% material saving as compared to
standard prescriptive design following the new regulations, thus optimizing cost and embodied carbon, for a greener, more cost-effective structure.
