AIA Connect is a landmark Grade-A office tower on Ratchadapisek Road, strategically located between two MRT stations. The project is nearing completion and features 123 premium office units, retail space, landscaped terraces, and collaborative zones.

A triple-level pedestrian connector links the building to surrounding transit systems, while biophilic features such as outdoor terraces and the Sculpture Garden—complete with jogging paths, seating, and art installations—transform the complex into a wellness-focused destination.

Meinhardt Thailand is proud to have provided Civil & Structural, MEP, Façade engineering design and WireScore certification, supported by advanced studies to optimize performance and sustainability. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was used to confirm proper exhaust and heat dissipation, safeguarding both occupants and neighbors. Meanwhile, Performance-Based Earthquake Engineering (PBEE) reduced structural material usage by up to 50% compared to prescriptive designs, lowering costs and embodied carbon.
