Meinhardt Thailand Donation

At Meinhardt, we take pride in actively supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through our Meinhardt CSR program by turning old desk calendars into the Braille Books for the Visually Impaired, through the SHAWPAT Happy Sharing Calendar campaign.

On January 18th, 2024, we joined a meaningful initiative by donating old desk calendars received from colleagues to SHAWPAT, the Safety and Health at Work Promotion Association (Thailand). These calendars will be transferred to the Educational Technology for the Blind Center in Nonthaburi Province, where they will be repurposed to create Braille books for the visually impaired.

This initiative directly aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4 Quality Education, target 4.5, aiming to eliminate gender disparities in education and ensure equal access to all levels of education and vocational training for vulnerable populations, including persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples, and children in vulnerable situations.

We are committed to making a positive impact on the community by supporting inclusivity and education for all.
