Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. was requested by Fragrant Property Ltd. to submit an Agreement for engineering design services for a mixed-use residential development in Najomtien, Pattaya, Chonburi. The project is a beachfront condominium, inspired by the natural elements, and will be a fine exemplar of sustainable landscaping design for residential community and its neighborhood. It aims to be environmental friendly and energy efficient building systems.

The site is divided by public roads into 3 plots, designated as Plot A, B and C. Plot A is further subdivided into Plot A-1 and A2. The total area of these plots measures 33 rais. The development will compose of 3 high-rise condominium buildings, 2 low-rise condominium buildings, hotel, spa and restaurant. The total gross floor area of all buildings will be 157,872 m2.
