Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. Provided full engineering services for Civil and Structural, Mechanical and Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering for the fast track design and construction of this high standard factory at Kabinburi Industrial Zone. The project was collaboration with the Design-Build contractor – Thai ANDO.

This project comprises a 2 storey building with multi-levels of clean room design ranging from 1K to 10K. The design includes providing full access to production lines at 2nd floor with a structural platform above the ceiling. The roof span is of column free design for accommodating functions below.

The greatest design challenge was to meet the fast track client schedule without compromising the highest standard for this kind of factory. This was achieved by working closely with the construction team to give full consideration to workability ultimate achieving the projects Go-Live date.
